How can I make a reservation?
The reservation should be made via email by filling in the Reservation form.
Do I need to send a deposit?
AWE-Apartments requires a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Prices and apartment availability will be guaranteed ONLY when a 50% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Pay your deposit in four easy steps:
- Shortly after receiving the confirmation email we will send you via email the “Mail/Telephone Order” form for credit card processing of the deposit,
- Please fill in the form, sign it and fax it on our fax number: +421 2 4342 5253,
- After receiving this form from you, in cooperation with our bank, we will authorize the credit card information and the amount and inform you, that your order is confirmed.
- You'll pay the outstanding balance (50% of the total) on arrival cash either in Euro or Slovak Koruna.
Please note an email confirmation is not booking confirmation. Email confirmation only confirms the availability of accommodation. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of authorization from our bank.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 14 business days before arrival are subject to a loss of the 50% deposit payment.
What are the minimum and maximum duration of stay?
You can book an apartment from one night to some months.
Where will I receive the keys?
The keys will be handed to you on arrival by our representative.
When will I receive directions on how to reach the apartment?
After we receive the deposit we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the apartment and also with the telephone numbers of the person who will meet you on arrival.
