Payment
AWE-Apartments requires a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Prices and apartment availability will be guaranteed ONLY when a 50% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Pay your deposit in four easy steps:
- Shortly after receiving the confirmation email we will send you via email the “Mail/Telephone Order” form for credit card processing of the deposit,
- Please fill in the form, sign it and fax it on our fax number: +421 2 4342 5253,
- After receiving this form from you, in cooperation with our bank, we will authorize the credit card information and the amount and inform you, that your order is confirmed.
- You'll pay the outstanding balance (50% of the total) on arrival cash either in Euro or Slovak Koruna.
Please note an email confirmation is not booking confirmation. Email confirmation only confirms the availability of accommodation. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of authorization from our bank.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 14 business days before arrival are subject to a loss of the 50% deposit payment.
Check in and Check out
- The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 15:00 pm . If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before,
- Check out is set for 10:00 . Upon availability and previous notice we could allow different check-in/check out times.
- The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition,
- The client will inform AWE Apartments of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by AWE Apartments, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbour" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behaviour which may disturb the building's residents,
Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund.
